These general terms apply when you, as a customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer"), use the services of SmieTarot either through the website www.smiestarot.no (for Norwegian customers) or www.smietarot.com (for English-speaking customers). These terms apply to all interactions with SmieTarot across various platforms, including social media. These terms override any other information that may have been incorrectly stated elsewhere on the website or in communication from SmieTarot.
The website www.smiestarot.no is operated by Nagel Holter Helse, a company registered in the Brønnøysund Register Center under organization number 833019872. Contact information: post@smietarot.no. The English version of SmieTarot is available at www.smietarot.com. As a fully digital service, SmieTarot offers email as the sole method of contact. This ensures quick and effective communication between the customer and SmieTarot.
All information presented on SmieTarot's platforms is intended solely for educational and inspirational purposes. The material is owned by SmieTarot/Nagel Holter Helse.
SmieTarot disclaims all responsibility for any specific results from the information or methods presented, including guidance and techniques offered as part of the services. The customer is solely responsible for their use of the services.
Information, guidance, and advice provided by SmieTarot and through our channels do not replace traditional medicine or psychiatric treatment. SmieTarot provides tarot readings as entertainment to help you make decisions and connect with your intuition and inner strength. You are solely responsible for your physical, medical, and psychological treatment and care. No medical claims are associated with any techniques or services offered on this platform. We recommend consulting a licensed doctor in cases of illness, injury, or other health concerns.
The agreement between you as a customer and SmieTarot is binding once you have received an order confirmation. If there are any obvious errors or typos in the offer or during the ordering process, SmieTarot reserves the right to correct them.
For one-time purchases of tarot readings, the service will be delivered within 72 hours after payment is completed. For customers with a SmieTarot membership, the same delivery time of 72 hours applies to submitted requests. All communication and delivery take place digitally, and the completed reading will be sent to the customer via the provided email address or SmieTarot platform.
SmieTarot is committed to delivering the services within the agreed timeframe. If delivery does not occur within the specified timeframe, the customer has the following rights:
To report delays or non-delivery, please contact SmieTarot in writing at post@smietarot.no. SmieTarot will address the issue as quickly as possible.
For digital products, delivery is considered completed once the product is made available to the customer via email or SmieTarot's online platform.
If there is a defect in the service or product, the customer has the right to file a complaint within a reasonable time. The complaint must be sent to post@smietarot.no and include a description of the defect. SmieTarot reserves the right to correct the defect, offer a new tarot reading, or provide a refund after evaluation.
SmieTarot delivers digital services and products that are considered complete upon delivery. If technical errors occur that prevent the customer from receiving or using the service, the customer can contact SmieTarot to have the issue resolved or receive a refund.
To report technical errors, please contact us in writing at post@smietarot.no within a reasonable time after delivery. SmieTarot will evaluate the situation and ensure a resolution that meets the customer's rights.
If the customer fails to pay according to the agreement, SmieTarot reserves the right to cancel the order.
Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you, as a customer, have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement. For services such as tarot readings, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started or is completed, in accordance with exceptions for digital services delivered electronically.
For SmieTarot memberships, the right of withdrawal applies only within 14 days after the initial registration, provided that the services have not been utilized. For questions about the right of withdrawal, you can contact us at post@smietarot.no.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before delivery begins, you can complete the withdrawal form available on the Norwegian Consumer Authority's website and send it to us via email.
All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) for www.smietarot.no and in US Dollars (USD) for www.smietarot.com. The prices at the time of ordering are valid. Changes to VAT rates after the order date will be reflected in the price without prior notice. SmieTarot reserves the right to cancel an order in the case of obvious pricing errors.
SmieTarot offers secure payment solutions via Stripe and VIPPS. Please note that VIPPS is only available as a payment method on the Norwegian website, www.smietarot.no. Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation.
SmieTarot offers a monthly membership at 799 NOK/month on www.smietarot.no and 77 USD/month on www.smietarot.com. There is no binding period. Customers can cancel at any time via Stripe/VIPPS or by contacting us. No refunds are provided for the current month once the service has been utilized.
SmieTarot is responsible for processing the personal data that the customer chooses to share. All personal data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the GDPR.
SmieTarot stores only the information that the customer voluntarily shares. This data is stored on a secure platform and used exclusively to provide the agreed services. No personal data is shared with third parties.
All stored information is deleted when the customer cancels their membership or upon the customer's request. SmieTarot may retain necessary information for a limited period after cancellation if required by accounting or legal regulations.

All information is treated confidentially and will not be shared without consent, except in cases required by law, such as severe threats to life and safety.
If disputes arise that cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. If an agreement is not reached, the case can be brought before the Consumer Disputes Committee. Disputes are governed by Norwegian law.
