Please note that the availability of offered products or services on the website does not guarantee availability. SmieTarot reserves the right to terminate the sale of a product at any time and reserves the right to make changes to the terms without prior notice. The version of the terms in effect at the time of the order is the one that applies to your order.
The prices displayed when ordering through the website are applicable. All prices are stated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Changes in the VAT rate after the date of the order will be reflected in the product prices without notice. The prices displayed at the time of the order remain valid throughout the purchase process. There are no additional taxes or fees. In the event of obvious pricing errors, SmieTarot reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the customer.
We offer secure payment methods, including credit card payment through Stripe and VIPPS. Payment is processed immediately upon ordering.
By making a purchase through the website, you automatically accept the terms. The customer also confirms that the information provided is correct and complete. The customer is responsible for any incorrect information. Please read our privacy policy for information on how SmieTarot handles personal information, which is part of these terms.
SmieTarot offers a monthly membership. Your membership will continue until you choose to terminate it. To benefit from the membership service, you must have internet access and a device that can connect to the internet (PC, Mac, tablet, smartphone). You must also provide payment information. Unless you cancel your membership before the next billing date, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the next month's fee.
The price for membership in SmieTarot is 799 NOK/month. There is no binding period for the membership. You can choose to stop the automatic renewal at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the following month. You must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for a new month. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you can do so yourself via Stripe/Vipps. You can also contact us and request that we terminate the membership on your behalf.
Upon cancellation of the membership, you will lose access to the content on your profile from the cancellation date. No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of individual services from SmieTarot, in accordance with the guidelines of SmieTarot. Once you have completed the purchase of an individual service, such as a tarot card reading, you cannot withdraw the purchase or claim a refund. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully consider your needs and desires before making a purchase with us.
